Who we are

ChinaeSIMGo is operated by Mikhail Ovyan, a sole proprietor based in the United Arab Emirates. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Mikhail Ovyan. Contact: [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. That does not take away consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

What we sell

Prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use only in mainland China. Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are excluded. Each plan has a fixed data allowance and validity period, shown on the plan at the time of purchase. Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS.

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network in mainland China and ends when the period runs out or the data is used up, whichever comes first. Unused data does not carry over.

Your device

You need a carrier-unlocked phone or tablet that supports eSIM. Checking this before you buy is your responsibility; the home page explains how. iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM.

Delivery

There is no account. After payment we email a QR code and installation instructions to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Make sure the address is correct, and check your spam folder before contacting us.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, appears on your card statement, collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for personal travel. Do not resell it, use it to send spam, or use it in a way that damages the network. Speeds and coverage depend on local networks and are not guaranteed everywhere. We or our network partners may suspend a plan that is being abused.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy at https://chinaesimgo.com/legal/refunds.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed bookings or roaming charges from another carrier. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
