What we collect
Your email address, which you enter at checkout so we can send your eSIM and answer support requests.
Order details: the plan you bought, the amount and the date. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Service data from our network partner, such as whether your eSIM has been installed and how much data has been used. We use it to provide support and process refunds.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for your passport or ID, we do not use advertising cookies, and we do not see the content of your internet traffic.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and general device and browser information. PostHog stores a cookie or local-storage identifier in your browser to tell visits apart. We use this only to improve the site and never combine it with your order or email address.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Paddle.com, which sells our plans as Merchant of Record and processes your payment; the email delivery provider; the network partner that issues the eSIM; and PostHog for site analytics. We do not sell personal data.
Paddle collects your email address, billing country and payment details at checkout under its own privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We receive your email address and what you bought. We never see your card number.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
